Preggo Yoko is always a nice thing to see. Especially since it's surprisingly rare to see a lot of pregnant fanart of her. Yours being 3D automatically stands out against all the other ones, and your renders are really good.
The only flaw I can say, which is subjective, is her belly button should be popped out. It's also usually a good indicator at a glance that she's supposed to be pregnant, y'know? Maybe make the belly shape a little bit rounder too, but at that point it's just personal taste.
